Congresso Escif 2018
Dear Colleagues
It does not seem that long ago since we met in Piran – but now the time has already arrived to remind you of the forthcoming ESCIF Congress and Assembly of Delegates! During the next Congress, no less than three seats in the Executive are up for election including the President. That means that all of you need to consider if and who you would like to nominate to the Executive of the ESCIF.
As you already know, the ESCIF Congress 2018 will take a place in Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic, 8 - 10 August 2018 and it is organised together with Czech paraplegic association - CZEPA. The theme of the congress is maybe the most important issue for all consumer organisations and people living with SCI; peer support.
The year 2018 is also the year ESCIF launches the Ambassador program, which I am very excited about. I am certain it will improve communication within ESCIF and thereby help us all to reach one of our common goals; the exchange of information, experience and knowledge.
ESCIF has continued to be an active participant during different congresses for the health professionals such as ISCoS and HeSCoS.
The Ageing Well project is moving forward and we hope that all of you will be able to see the first results during next year.

ESCIF Congress 2018
We are delighted to announce that the ESCIF Congress 2018 will take place in Prague, a beautiful capital city of the Czech Republic, 8 - 10 August 2018. This may be an ideal opportunity to spend some extra summer days in the so called 'City of a Hundred Spires'.
The thirteenth ESCIF Congress is organized together with Czech paraplegic association - CZEPA and the theme will be Peer support.
The venue is four star Clarion Congress Hotel Prague possessing excellent transport accessibility as the hotel is in the same building as the underground.
